At TidyCove, we work with international fulfillment partners to deliver your orders directly to you.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping to the United States

We currently offer free shipping to the United States.

Estimated shipping time: 4–11 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to you so you can follow your order's progress.

Delivery Delays

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at tidycove.support@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. TidyCove is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
